Chantel has over 20 years of experience in leadership development, people solutions, and community engagement. Over her career, Chantel has recruited, hired, and trained staff and team leaders as a director for one of the largest Christian sports camps for city youth in the country. She honed community engagement skills through incarnational and holistic work with city community centers as a director and team lead.

Chantel also directed community initiatives and organized the nonprofit structure for an experiential and creative company within the fashion industry. This led to her current work developing community engagement strategies for small businesses, start-ups, and personal brands.
